The RMA Process for MIKRON and LUXTRON

Return Materials Authorization

To ensure accurate tracking of your equipment while it is in our facility, you will need an Return Material Authorizaion (RMA). RMA numbers are required prior to the return of any item for repair or calibration. Please contact your local LumaSense Technologies office or email us at  for an RMA number and proper return instructions.

When requesting an RMA by email please provide the following information:

  • Your name
  • Company name
  • Company telephone number (please include your extension)
  • Part number of the product you wish to send us
  • Serial number of the product
  • A detailed description of the problem you are having and the reason for the return

The RMA number should be clearly marked out the outside of the package for easy identification.

Important:  LumaSense Technologies can not be held accountable for items returned prior to receiving an RMA number.
