Luxtron pioneered and has lead the field of fiber optic temperature measurement since 1978. Our Luxtron family of products are used by thousands of customers around the world in some of the harshest environments. Based on the company's patented Fluoroptic (fiber optic) technology Luxtron probes are chemically inert and immune to the comment effects of harsh environments including (but not limited to) electromagnetic interference. This enables our sensors to be used where common temperature measurement devices such as thermocouples can not.
