Ventilation and Air-exchange Measurements
The
doser system marks the supply-air of the room with a known amount of tracer-gas such as Sulphur Hexa Flouride ( SF6 ), Freon 134a, Freon 152 or Nitrous Oxide ( N2O ). Measurements of Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) is an important application for detection of Carbon Dioxide ( CO2 ), Carbon Monooxide ( CO) and Volatile Organic Compounds ( VOC ).

The
sampler system then takes a sample of the return-air from the room, and delivers the sample to the
INNOVA 1412 for analysis. While the INNOVA 1412 performs one analysis, the INNOVA 1303 takes the next sample for analysis from the room. As the amount of tracer-gas delivered to the room is known, and the remaining concentration of tracer-gas in the samples is determined by the INNOVA 1412, the ventilation-system performance can be automatically calculated by the
Application Software INNOVA 7620.
The software gives control of all the dosing/sampling and monitoring functions of such a system. The INNOVA 7620 controls one INNOVA 1412 and one or two INNOVA 1303 units.
