Lightpipes are optical rods constructed with single-crystal Sapphire for non-contact measurements when sensors can be placed closed to the target measured. They are immune to EMI and other corrosive environments and their small size allows easy integration into process chambers.
Lens based optics is ideal for targets with obstructed views and small targets like filaments, wires etc. The best-in-class signal to noise ratio of the PhotriX™ system allows it to make precise measurements while viewing minute spot sizes on the target material. This unique feature combined with PhotriX's high speed enables unmatched spatial resolution of measurements on small targets
