Return Material and Calibration Service Instructions

1. Prior to returning instruments, probes and extensions, please request an RMA number from customer service (408) 235-3857 or e-mail to track all returned parts.
   
2. Clean all probes and extensions.
   
3. Download, fill in and enclose the Probe Return Instructions and Cleaning Certificate.
   
4. Please place the RMA number on the outside of the shipping package. Shipping to LumaSense Technologies will be pre-paid by the customer. We also recommend insuring the return items.
   
5. LumaSense Technologies will pay shipping of the items back to the customer.
