Utility Products As part of our worldwide customer support program, LumaSense Technologiesв?? application engineers are available for field support anywhere in the world. We offer expert training in fiber optics, installation of probes into transformer windings, control system setup, and general product training. Classroom style trainings with hands-on demonstrations can be arranged for training groups of engineers and technicians at your facility.
Please contact our Applications Engineering Department to schedule or request an engineer's visit. For this service, the customer must pay travel and lodging costs and $2000 per day for on-site engineering support and training. On-site workdays are a maximum of 8-hours plus 1-hour for lunch. Customers are not charged for travel days.

OEM Services For our Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) customers, LumaSense Technologies provides customer support and training for new applications and system troubleshooting. Our services also include fiber optic temperature probe development and radiation thermometry system development to meet specific application needs of our diverse OEM customers in the semiconductor, compound semiconductor, medical, industrial and utility industry.
