Highly accurate calibration equipment for pyrometers, thermal imaging cameras, radiometers, heatflux and spectrographic measurement sytems.
Fontes de Calibração são radiadores infravermelhos, com temperaturas fixas ou ajustáveis entre -40 e 3000 ºC, usados para calibração ou verificação da indicação de temperatura correta dos pirômetros, sistemas termovisores, sistemas de medição de fluxo de calor ou sistemas de análise espectrográfica. Dependendo do modelo de calibration source, pontos isolados de temperatura, ou curvas de temperatura de um dispositivo de medição infravermelho, podem ser monitorados e registrados.
A LumaSense Technologies fornece uma seleção especial de fontes de calibração e corpos negros bastante precisos. Eles são definidos por valores de emissividade de ponta, áreas de emissão bastante homogêneas, uma ampla gama de aberturas de diferentes tamanhos para adaptar à área-alvo desejada. Tempos de aquecimento rápidos e estabilidade em altas temperaturas são garantidos.
Os loops internos de resposta do controle de calibration source são comandados por controladores integrados ou digitais externos PID. O controle de temperatura de fontes de radiação de baixa a média temperatura é feito por termopares integrados. Os radiadores de alta temperatura são controlados por pirômetos integrados.
