Autorização de Retorno de Mercadoria (RMA)
For all factory services including warranty, calibrations, and repairs, LumaSense requires that all inbound materials be sent with a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number – to be provided by LumaSense upon request.

The RMA number should be clearly displayed on the exterior of the package you are sending and also be attached to the item(s) on the inside of the package.
- If the service needed is under warranty, a RMA number will be provided along with a form and further return instructions.
- If the service needed is out of warranty, a quote will be issued. Once the quote is accepted, a RMA number will be provided along with a form and further return instructions.
Note: LumaSense cannot be responsible for any materials returned without a RMA number.
