PI 6000是一款快速、自主操作的PID可编程控制器,用以连接一台IMPAC数字式测温仪。

它可与一台测温仪结合使用作为传感器,非常快速地测量实际温度值。这些数值可在IP 6000内进行超快速的处理,采样时间仅为250微秒。因此,这一设备尤其适用于要求快速温度测量与控制的应用,如:适用于感应表面淬火。

最多可有9个控制程序在IP 6000内进行编程。这些程序可用于确定所需温度,并根据时间或温度从一个温度改变至下一个所控制的温度依次应用。自调整功能可根据新的测量任务,自动搜寻未知的控制参数。所以,它可完成更为困难的控制任务。

该设备可通过一台电脑和提供的InfraWin软件,简便地对控制程序进行编程,之后PI 6000会自主进行操作,无需电脑。

所保存的控制程序可通过控制器上的按钮进行选择、开启、停止或甚至是短暂的中断。PI 6000不会发生类似于因疏忽而改变控制数据的情况。

在操作过程中,显示器显示测温仪、所选择的控制程序以及控制器输出信号所测量的实际温度信息。按钮上的LED则显示程序状态。

此外,InfraWin软件还可用于分析与监控实际控制过程,有助于优化控制参数和设置。
