IS 12-TSP和IGA 12-TSP是极其精确且具有长期稳定传输的标准测温仪,能够用于检测校准源。由于校准源会产生极高的温度,因此会受到严重的磨损。这将会导致的结果就是,随着时间的推移,控制器上显示的温度不符合光谱范围内勘测到的辐射温度。如果校准源长时间需要进行高精准的测量,那么我们建议要对其进行定期检查。

IS 12-TSP或IGA 12-TSP传输标准测温仪是特别为这一目的而设计的。它们在200-2520°C之间以及不同的光谱范围内有多个测温范围,这说明它们能够与带硅或砷化铟镓探测器的测温仪一同检测校准源。

TS测温仪内的探测器是恒温控制实现高精度的。这说明在很大程度上,这种测量不受周围温度变化的影响,并可实现0.01 °C的分辨率。

使用一台TS测温仪可确保能够将国家机构规定的温度值传输到您自己的校准源上,以保证可追溯至ITS90国际温标。

为了确保测温仪能够符合高技术规范,TS测温仪应由IMPAC公司进行定期检查。然而由于该测温仪坚固耐用,所以只需每两年进行一次检查。
