ISR 12-LO/GS测温仪是用于测量铸造业浇注流的一个特殊铸造系统。该系统用于自动化或半自动化浇注机,并可在单个浇注过程后显示温度。

这一应用需要使用比色测温仪是由于:

  • 熔融金属的辐射率很低且具有波动性
  • 浇注流的位置是移动的,便于遮住测温仪的部分测量光斑

该测温仪有一个特殊的浇注流模式,用于计算单个铸造过程中的平均温度值。为了不影响测量的正确性,测温仪可消除铸造过程中开始与结束时的温度值。镜头中光斑尺寸的形状是一条线,即使测量的是一个移动的浇注流,也能确保浇注流始终在光斑范围之内。

该测温仪配备了一个镜头污染检测系统。一旦由于镜头或瞄准视窗污染而造成信号强度减弱,信号输出就会切换至一个报警传输器中。

每个铸造部件以及单个铸造过程中的浇注流温度由ISR 12-LO/GS自动记录。每个已完成铸造过程的温度值显示在该测温仪中,并且可作为模拟和数字输出。这样就可以精确地控制铸造过程,实现铸造部件的高质量需求。测量值通过模拟和数字输出进行储存和显示。
