Our Technologies
Learn more about the science and technology behind our innovative solutions
LumaSense Technologies is a global provider of temperature and gas sensing solutions for energy, industrial, and advanced technology markets. Our innovative solutions are also found in other markets such as clean technology, solar, automotive, and medical. We design and manufacture sensors for industrial, research, and original equipment manufacturer (OEM) customers.
Through our brands, we’ve pioneered several technologies that enable our customers to solve some of the most challenging sensing applications to maximize efficiency, ensure safety, and increase productivity. Many of our solutions, including pyrometers and thermal imagers, use non-contact temperature measurement through infrared (IR) light. Our gas solutions use Photoacoustic Spectroscopy (PAS), Non-Dispersive Infrared (NDIR), and Dispersive Infrared (DIR) technologies. Fluoroptic and Gallium Arsenide (GaAs) material technologies are the basis for our Fiber Optic solutions.
We invite you to learn more about the technologies behind the world’s most reliable sensor solutions!
