All LumaSense products come with a manufacturer's warranty when purchased, which covers calibration, replacement parts, and repairs. The duration of this initial warranty varies by product and is at a minimum of one year.
If you wish to extend your warranty coverage beyond the initial warranty period, extended warranties (contracts) are available for purchase. These can be purchased at any point over the life of a product to cover replacement parts and repairs. LumaSense also offers several affordable contracts that can be purchased to annually calibrate your instruments.
The duration of the contracts can extend from one to three years, with discounts available for longer contracts.
