Warranty Information
As part of our commitment to ensuring high quality products and services, we provide several types of warranties. To determine your current warranty coverage, consult the documentation included during the initial purchase or contact our Customer Care team.
Note: Consumable items such as probes, fuses, lamps, and filters are not covered by any warranty.
Limited Warranty
All LumaSense products come with a limited warranty when purchased, which covers calibration, replacement parts, and repairs. The duration of this limited warranty varies by product and is at minimum of one year. Extended Warranties are also available for purchase.
Replacement Parts for Warranty Repairs
Replacement parts used for repairs that are under warranty will automatically come with a warranty that lasts for one year from the time of repair.
Replacement Parts Sold Individually or as Spares
Any part purchased from LumaSense will come with a warranty for one year from the time of purchase.
Out of Warranty Repair (Labor & Parts)
For any product we repair that is out of warranty, we will include a warranty for the labor and parts. Labor and parts are covered for one year after the repair.
Out of Warranty Calibration (Standard & Certified)
For any product we calibrate that is out of warranty, we will include a warranty for the calibration that lasts for one year. Calibration Contracts are also available for purchase.
