Factory Repair Services
A full range of repair and maintenance services are available for all LumaSense products. Completed by our rigorously trained and highly experienced technicians, we provide repairs with quick turnaround.
If your LumaSense device needs repair, request a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number or contact our Customer Care Team.
If you are unsure whether or not your LumaSense device needs repair, contact our Customer Care team and provide details of the problem. Our Technical Support will then attempt to locate the fault and if possible, they will aid you in solving the problem over the telephone. If it is determined that a factory repair is required, our Customer Care Team will issue a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number. For out of warranty factory repairs, a quote will be issued first.
All LumaSense repair work is under warranty to be free from material or workmanship defects for one year from the time of the repair return shipment.
