Supplier Code of Conduct
Advanced Energy Industries, Inc. (AE) expects that our Suppliers will operate business using systems and policies that support the Responsible Business Alliance (RBA). The RBA Code is a code of conduct which addresses many corporate social responsibility issues such as the environment, health and safety, labor and ethics. The RBA Code of Conduct is available to view and download in multiple languages.
As part of following RBA guidelines, AE may require that your company provide us or a 3rd party with documentation confirming that you are in compliance with the RBA Code of Conduct. AE also encourages you to require your Suppliers to operate their business within the RBA Code of Conduct.
If you have an ethics concern or suspected ethics, legal, accounting or financial violation, kindly report by contacting the AE Ethics Hotlline.
Reporting of Violations:
It is important that concerns regarding business practices within AE’s operations which do not align with our values and Code of Ethical Conduct are reported to AE promptly. AE has established an international Ethics hotline and web portal for raising concerns. AE permits anonymous reports where allowed by local law.
